Property Claims Handler £26,000-£27,000 Location - London Hybrid Are you ready for a dynamic new role where your passion for exceptional customer service truly shines. This leading insurance and claims management company are seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Property Claims Handlers (known as Adjusting Executives in-house). The Role: As a Property Claims Handler with Sedgwick, you will play a vital role in our highly successful Home Claims team. You'll have the opportunity to work both in-office and remotely, with flexibility tailored to your needs and agreed upon with your line manager. Your responsibilities will include: " Assisting in the handling of domestic claims, ensuring fair and accurate settlements for claims of varying complexities " Maintaining positive relationships with customers and stakeholders to uphold the reputation of Sedgwick and our insurer clients " Providing excellent customer service throughout the claim lifecycle " Obtaining relevant qualifications (Cert CILA/Cert CII) within the first year, if not already certified " Utilizing strong communication skills to liaise with customers and colleagues effectively " Demonstrating competency in IT skills and maintaining electronic files to a high standard " Collaborating with internal teams as needed to ensure efficient claims handling " Managing correspondence and completing case inquiries under the direction of adjusters Skills Required: " Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach " Claims/Insurance experience required " Strong communication skills, both written and verbal " Ability to adapt communication styles for customers with vulnerabilities " Competency in IT skills and maintaining electronic files " Willingness to collaborate and build effective working relationships " Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently when required " Commitment to accurate time recording and delivering technical competence What This Client Offer: " Structured career development programs with transparent pathways " Support for professional qualifications with rewarding incentives " Flexible working arrangements to support your work/life balance " Employee assistance program for wellbeing support " Life assurance and Group Income Protection " Private healthcare plan, including coverage for pre-existing conditions " Self-Invested Personal Pension Scheme " Generous annual leave allowance and public holidays
