Static Residential Plumber – West Brompton £43/45k - APPLY TODAY My client are a mechanical and electrical engineering company who have been established for over 70 years, providing FM solutions to their high end commercial, residential and mixed used development customer base. They now require a residential plumber to work within a prestigious development in West Brompton. The site is a prestigious mixed used development in the heart of West Brompton, with 420 high end apartments where works is done on the landlord side as well as a number of selected high end apartments. DETAILS Working in multi million pound residential apartments carrying out PPM and reactive works on: Fixing leaks, radiator valves, TMV’s , risers , changing taps , pumps and valves, taps, bathrooms and hot/cold water systems. The right candidate will have their city and guilds in plumbing and 5+ years experience working within the industry. This is a very client facing role, working within ultra high value residential property so you will need to be polite and considerate when working in these spaces.
