Draughtsperson Mon- Fri - 7:30am- 5:00pm Early finish Friday £35,000k Per year Birmingham We are seeking a skilled Draughtsperson to join our client that offers facilities for the production of individually designed installations which incorporate hardwood joinery, architectural metalwork and other materials. In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external colleagues to interpret technical drawings and 3D visuals provided by Architects. Your primary responsibility will be to create accurate 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD/Inventor. Once these drawings are approved by the customer, you will coordinate with the shop floor for manufacturing preparation. Key Responsibilities: " Interpret technical drawings and 3D visuals. " Produce detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD/Inventor. " Collaborate with the Managing Director and other team members. " Book out information for manufacturing processes. " Ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications. " Contribute to the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion. Qualifications and Skills: " Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role. " Proficiency in AutoCAD/Inventor (or similar software). " Strong attention to detail. " Excellent communication and teamwork skills. " Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. " Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
