Call Centre Advisor / Customer Service - temp £13.14 per hour - Remote/Eastleigh Insurance company is seeking an experienced Call Centre Advisor to support their Health Insurance team at their offices in Eastleigh. These are temporary positions to start ASAP for an initial 3-month period and will pay £13.14 per hour. Working hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week. The role will mostly be remote, with some travel to the Eastleigh offices. The Call Centre Advisor will be responsible for delivering an outstanding service to existing customers on the phone, live chat and via email, they will take ownership of cases, maximising full potential and ensuring that each customer’s individual needs are met. The successful Call Centre Advisor will have the following knowledge, skills and experience. Previous experience working in a call centre environment, providing excellent customer service. Excellent communication skills (influencing, rapport building, negotiation, empathy) Negotiation / influencing skills and a tenacity to pursue cases in difficult, challenging circumstances The ability to be empathetic towards our customers Able to explain things to customers in a clear and understandable way IT proficient, including MS packages. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills Decision-making skills and able to work on own initiative These roles will be subject to vetting checks.
