We have a great setting in the Harrow area seeking a Level 2/ 3 qualified Early Years Educator to join their friendly team. Set in a character property, this setting offers spacious, airy rooms and a large outdoor area, all extremely well resourced and with purpose-built facilities. They are close to the tube, are well served by local bus routes and can also offer free parking onsite. They are committed to providing a stimulating and nurturing environment where young children can flourish, with a curriculum designed to foster a love for learning through play, exploration, and creative activities. They believe in the importance of early childhood education and are dedicated to supporting each child's unique developmental journey. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in the development and education of the children, creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where the children feel valued and inspired to explore their world. This role is full time either 4 or 5 days per week. Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality educational activities and experiences in line with the EYFS framework Observe and assess children's progress, ensuring each child's developmental needs are met Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages children's social, emotional, and cognitive development Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Collaborate with the team to continuously improve educational practices and outcomes Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Relevant childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, Early Years Educator Diploma, etc.) Experience working with young children in an early years setting Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently This is a great opportunity to work with an experienced team and continue to develop your career.
