This role requires solid analytical and project management skills combined with an ability to connect and work effectively with various stakeholders across different departments across Iberia and at an European level. The projects are mostly focused on improvement of organisational effectiveness, customer experience, operational excellence and/or compliance with regulatory requirements. This person will work with the business to identify and deliver business change and improvements in order to achieve tangible business benefits, by driving opportunities for improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the business in order to drive service improvement ideas, evaluate business benefit and design the suitable solutions to be seen as a trusted advisor.Support process streamlining and standardization.Build strong productive customer focused relationships with the Business, IT teams and third parties.Have the ability to manage small IT projects end to end.Produce high quality business requirements documentationWorking closely with the Development and Testing teams through out the project lifecycle to ensure that the requirements are understood and development is aligned.Reviewing test cases and test plans from the System Test team, negotiate testing scope and timelines, review test scripts, review defects raised.Driving the UAT with the business users, which includes performing some parts of the UAT, providing test scenarios and training to the business users, reviewing defects raised.Maintaining risks and issues logs and actively managing the mitigation strategies.Communicating regularly with the project team members, the IT leadership, Business Stakeholders, and Project Sponsors to provide appropriate requirements related status updates.Person Specification3 years experience as a business analyst in an IT environment. Exposure to 3rd party integration & EDI solutions would be a real advantage.Fluency in English, Spanish is a plus;Experience in soliciting and documenting requirements using a variety of styles and techniques.Ability to create relationship with stakeholders.Experience with Agile or iterative methodologies and terminology.Be a fast learner on new systems, reporting tools and business processes’.Curious by nature with a desire for continuous improvement and personal growth.Have well developed analytical, problem solving and root cause identification skills.Evaluate the implications of various options before making a decision and take accountability for decisions.Results driven, with the energy and determination to succeed in a fast paced environment where the pace of response and leadership is critical to success.What we offer:Healthy work-life balance with our 35h/week and hybrid working system.Holidays: 25 days + 2 Hiscox Days (Extra two Annual Leave).Health insurance, gym allowance, pension plan etc. (not all vacancies have it)After 5 years work 1-month sabbatical leave.
