ServiceNow Business Analyst At Capgemini Portugal, we are searching for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to reinforce our teams. If you have at least 3 year of experience working with ServiceNow, your place is with us! You will be joining our team and working close with our clients. What are we looking for? Degree in Computer Science or similar; Experience at least 3 year managing ServiceNow products; Experience in process discovery and analysis, requirements preparation and transformation into business stories; Elaboration of documentation, quality assurance to comply with business requirements and Case Management solution; Work with teams of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and design of ServiceNow; Certifications are a plus.
