RGB are on the look out for a driven, enthusiastic Sales Support/ Resource person to help with delivering permanent and temporary candidates to top construction firms in the South West. The successful applicant will not just be joining a team but a family of established Consultants that supply Trades and Labour to the Construction Industry. We strive to create a journey for each individual by supporting them through our Stepping Stones success story. From sales support to becoming a Senior Consultant here, the world is your Oyster! You will be provided with full training to be competent in your daily duties and have a real understanding of the industry you are working in. In addition to sourcing candidates, you will also be responsible for helping us build and update our CRM system where the Data of each candidate is saved. Duties will include: Source Labourers and Trades Candidates via phone calls and placing adverts on line Verify candidate credentials and include in their profiles Establish candidate profiles and match them to the relevant roles Handle incoming phone inquiries Maintain up-to-date candidate information Enrol new job seekers into the system Benefits - Recruitment Resourcer Excellent salary and commission Birthday is to be taken off if falls in the week Incentives Exclusive discounts with high end brands Promotion opportunities.
