We are looking for a full time and permanent Parts Advisor to join a fabulous team based in Warwick. This is for a well-known car dealership that is expanding. No weekend work! Salary is £26,000. Hours of work: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm. Responsibilities: Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels to ensure availability Collaborate with service technicians to fulfil parts orders and meet customer needs Process orders accurately and promptly, ensuring timely delivery Provide excellent customer service and build strong, lasting relationships with clients Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue Requirements: We require a well-presented individual with desire, character and attitude to succeed, who is able to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers and most importantly wants to offer the very highest levels of customer service. The successful candidate must be willing to show initiative in a small team and demonstrate a flexible approach. Experience of working within the motor trade would be advantageous although full training will be given. This role offers the chance to progress within the department.
