Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Client Direct – Large Commercial Estate - Cambridge - Excellent Benefits / Training - £32,300 Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer? Exciting opportunity to work at a large commercial estate situated in Cambridge. CBW are currently recruiting for a maintenance electrician to cover a large commercial estate. Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor on site the successful candidate will be electrically biased to a minimum Level 3. The successful candidate will have a more senior position than the electrical engineers on site and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is an ongoing permanent role and offers a yearly salary of £32,300 with guaranteed pay rises included. Key duties & Responsibilities To carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and refurbishment, in accordance with set schedules, ensuring standards are maintained in order to maximise organisational effectiveness. To observe statutory and other relevant requirements at all times, in particular those relating to the Health & Safety at Work Act, COSHH regulations and Electrical IEE regulations. Fault finding and remedial works on plumbing systems and drainage installations. Sampling and cleaning work to potable water services and cyclical maintenance of water hygiene. Maintaining electrical installations, repairs and maintenance to M&E, plant and building fabric Escalate any issue that would affect the availability, health and safety and security of the buildings. To provide technical support/input to projects and initiatives. Assist maintenance team with other PPM/extra works related tasks. Undertake regular physical inspections of the buildings, and of completed works and service contracts. Liaise and build effective working relationships as appropriate with other staff and external parties Demonstrate the highest levels of customer service.
