We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable FLT Driver to join our client’s team at their bustling and growing warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar environment and hold a valid Forklift Truck (FLT) license. This role involves maintaining safe and efficient handling of materials, general warehouse duties and adherence to health and safety protocols. Hours : 15:00 till 00:00 Hourly Pay: £14.56 late shift Temporary ongoing role Key Responsibilities: Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles using the forklift truck. Ensure all materials are stored safely and correctly in a timely manner Assisting customers with locating and loading materials, providing excellent service and support to ensure a positive experience Keep accurate records of stock movements. Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies, and safeguarding against loss/theft General warehousing duties Work closely with other team members to support the smooth operation of the warehouse and the wider business The Ideal Candidate: Must have a valid FLT license Previous experience in FLT Driver Role Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy materials Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally Have strong attention to detail-, with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow company procedures Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment Benefits Company pension scheme Employee discount from any nationwide branches Opportunities for career development and progression 24 days annual lave in addition to bank holidays
