R ole: Project Manager (Sprinklers) Salary: up to £60,000 + Company Car Location: London Are you an experienced Lead Engineer who specialises in Fall Arrest looking for that next step? The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to be part of a well-established team. Within their field, they specialise products and services in fall arrest equipment, electrical testing, specialist building access, fire solutions and water treatment. This will be a great time to join and be part of their growth and development. The Role Within the role as a Project Manager, you will ensure that the projects taken meet the British Standards, delivering them on time to the budgets set by collaborating with Clients and customers to achieve high quality customer focused results. You will be working solely to build strong relationships to ensure strong handovers and communication with your customers and clients. Main Duties Oversee technical and financial aspects of contracts, from variations to final inspections Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and manage material orders Represent UK Sprinklers/PTSG professionally at site and contract meetings Ensure compliance with quality and Health and Safety standards Produce Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and O&M Manuals Liaise with clients, third parties, and management to ensure resources are available Brief clients and site personnel on working requirements and processes Perform monthly financial assessments to track work progress and costs Communicate project issues proactively to senior management Resolve problems by suggesting and agreeing on alternative solutions What you will need to be successful in this role You will possess proven experience in engineering and working at heights, creative problem-solving skills, risk assessments and a collaborative spirit. A commitment to excellence and a proactive approach to challenges are essential for success in this role. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who is: Proficient in Microsoft Project, CAD, Visio, Prince2, databases, and process mapping Knowledgeable in BSEN 12845, BS9251:2014, and BS9990:2015 standards Experienced in Wet and Dry Riser engineering Preferred LPC certificates (basic/intermediate or Full Hydraulic Calculation) Proven project management experience within fire sprinkler installation Strong communication and influencing skills Excellent IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint If the above is of interest to you then click to apply!
