Architect, Oxford £35k - £45k DOE Please contact Sophie Randle at RGB Recruitment for more information ASAP! I am looking for an experienced Architect to join a small consultancy based South of Oxford. The Senior Architect will join a modern dynamic Architectural consultancy and have the opportunity to work on a variety of project sectors to include large scale residential, regeneration, hotels, leisure complexes and commercial projects throughout all stages. You will need to work independently, take the lead and manage several projects through every stage of the RIBA process. You will enjoy a supportive and friendly atmosphere alongside the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Proficiency in Revit is a mandatory requirement. Working from home 2-3 days a week with 2 days in the office, you must have access to a car due to the office location. The Role: UK based in practice experience RIBA / ARB registered qualified Architects Produce accurate working drawing packages using Revit Preparation of layouts, specifications and graphics Co-ordinate all relevant information and liaise with in house designers, civil and structural and external consultants where appropriate Proficient in Revit is mandatory Excellent communication skills and work well in a team and independently Technical ability and capability to take full responsibility for own workload
