Mobile Air Conditioning Supervisor - FM Service Provider - Commercial Portfolio - London/M25    Exciting opportunity to join a leading FM Service Provider situated in London. CBW are currently recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Supervisor to cover a commercial portfolio across the south. The locations span across the M25, so require candidates that are open to travel across this area. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, there is also an on-call rota. Whilst this is a supervisory role, you will be required to split your time between carrying out hands on and supervisory duties.    Hours of work   Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm   Key duties & Responsibilities Carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance as and when required Review Engineering Job Sheets in timely manner for accuracy, legibility, procurement, (materials and quotations) problem solving Support Helpdesk with allocating calls to the correct engineers for your sites –  escalation as and when required Supervise availability of engineering staff to attend training courses in line with Compliance Supervisor requests Ensure all engineers PPE is up to date and safe Make and document any PPM changes / variations – Change Control Process, CAFM Be available for out of hours call-out support for designated contracts Be able to cover sites during absence as directed by Contract Manager Package Up to 55k per annum, dependent upon skills and experience, company vehicle and benefits package, which includes; Life Cover equivalent to 1.5 times annual salary Employee discount shopping schemes on major brands and retailers Gym membership discounts Holiday purchase scheme Broad range of learning opportunities, such as professional qualifications, collective/individual training, and personalized support programmes Attractive Employee Referral Rewards Scheme 24/7 Employee Assistance Program and access to mental wellbeing app Requirements C&G or NVQ2 equivalent in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration NVQ level 3 or HNC desirable F-Gas C&G 2079 qualification or equivalent Knowledge of Split Systems, VRV/VRF, Water Chillers, Wet Systems, Ground/air/Water source Heat Pumps. Commercial Refrigeration i.e. Walk in cold rooms/freezers Basic Microsoft Word, Excel Valid driving licence
