Are you an experienced HGV Mechanic looking for a new adventure? Pertemps are seeking a skilled HGV Mechanic to join a team in maintaining and repairing their own fleet. Hours: Flexible hours to be discussed at interview (Full time- Permanent Salary: £37,000 to £50,000 (dependent on experience) Key Responsibilities: Day to day maintenance of assets Fault Diagnosis on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Preventative maintenance- such as inspections, tyre rotation and oil changes. Carry out minor and major repairs of vehicles and trailers. Monitoring of inventory Work in line with Health and Safety and performing safe working practices. Vehicle inspections, servicing, and MOT preparation Ensuring all paperwork and documentation is up to date. Performing any other duties as reasonably requested. Experience: NVQ Level Three qualification or equivalent experience Strong HGV, Van, and trailer knowledge Full Driving licence C+E Entitlement on licence Ability to solve mechanical problems.
