Position: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Functional Consultant Employment Type: Contract Duration: 6 Months Location: Hybrid – United Kingdom Language: English Job Description : On Behalf of our client, Focus on SAP is currently seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Functional Consultant on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant to join a leading enterprise consulting business and be involved in multiple implementations of Employee Central. Skills Required: At least 5 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with experience in the following sub modules – Employee Central. Involved in at least 2 end-to-end implementation project of SuccessFactors Employee Central. Strong ‘Hands on’ customising skills. Ability to lead the SuccessFactors Employee Central stream, delivering and deploying solutions. Previous consulting experience is mandatory. Strong stakeholder management experience. Opportunity to be part of an open minded and dynamic team. Hold an associate level certification in SuccessFactors. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
