Are you an experienced Senior Events Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity? My client is a stunning independent hotel looking to expand their Sales and Events team and bring in a passionate determined Senior Events Manager to help manage their entire sales and events teams generating revenue. My client has recently become independent and are a super exciting project. They are looking to grow and expand their business, allowing for their employees to grow with them both personally and professionally. The duties and responsibilities of the Senior Events Manager are: Manage the Events and Sales Team daily. Lead the team from initial inquiry through event planning and delivery. Collaborate with all relevant hotel departments to ensure consistent high-level service. Monitor the optimization of the Hotel’s meeting room inventory. Collaborate with revenue and sales on group room inventory to achieve the Hotel’s budget. Represent the hotel at meetings, social occasions, and events. Ensure the team adheres to hotel standards in all areas of Event Management Contribute to financial reporting, analysis, and forecast activity. The ideal Senior Events Manager will have: Experience in a Leadership role in a Events team. Excellent communication abilities Exceptional organizational skills Ability to collaborate across departments.
