The best of both worlds in one company - what could we ask more?About the roleAs a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for building robust analytical platforms to support data-driven initiatives across the company. In this role, you will deliver strategic analysis on high priority initiatives across the entire organization. You will be working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations in providing them with awareness of real-time data. You will be expected to deliver data-driven insights that will play an integral role in defining the company’s data model.A typical dayUse Looker to build critical dashboards that will measure business performance, hold teams accountable, and generate insights.Democratize data through strategic data structuring by developing Looker explores to support our internal collaborators.Own data analysis and visualization, and communicate the outcomes/insights to various collaborators that will be utilized to make strategic decisions for improvements.Partner with the Analytics and Data Engineering teams to understand current problems with our existing data platform, identity solutions, and deliver high quality data foundations to data stakeholders across multiple business lines.Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Operations, and Marketing to provide them with visibility to real-time data on existing and new processes.What you need to succeedAbout 2 - 4 years of experience in a data analyst role.Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field.Highly proficient in SQLExperience using visualization tools, preferably Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.Experience working in Agile environments, preferably with Jira.Extra Credit - Exposure to data modeling and transformation tools like dbt and experience with data analysis and building data pipelines with Python.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Problem solver with excellent analytical skills.Hability to work in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously.Strong quantitative reasoning skills and experience using data to provide insights to executive leadership and other departments.#LI-ED1 2539422
