My client is currently seeking a Purchase Ledger Clark to join their busy office. Parking on site and a paid days holiday for your Birthday! This is a full-time permanent position. Salary : £24,000 - £25,000 Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Main Responsibilities: Daily reconciliation Managing the accounts department email box Checking nominal codes and resolve any outstanding issues. Checking and monitoring purchase ledger Accurately enter supplier invoices into the accounting system. Ensure invoices are matched to purchase orders and delivery notes where applicable. Handle discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders or delivery notes. Prepare payment runs, ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices. Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details. Maintain accurate and organised records of all transactions. Due to our clients location, you will need to have access to your own vehicle. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in a purchase ledger or similar finance role. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
