Skilled Machine Operator Our very well established and successful manufacturing company based in Shrewsbury is looking for full time temporary to permanent skilled operators to join their successful and forward-thinking team. As part of your role you will be setting and operating the machines on the shop floor within a manufacturing environment, setting them up and running to machines for production according to specifications. As part of this varied role you will also be monitoring the quality and output and reporting any quality issues. In addition, you will be responsible for the routine maintenance and cleaning of the machines, whilst following the health and safety and maintain a clean and organised work environment, whilst working with other team members to meet targets. Ideal Candidate - Working knowledge in a manufacturing environment - Over two year’s experience, operating a machine - Quality Driven - Ability to attend breakdown and problem solve - Have worked towards target as a team - Reliable - Ability to us own initiative Salary £12.50 - £13.50 Days D.O.E £13.50 - £15.00 per hour Nights D.O.E Hours Day Hours: 7am - 16:00 Mon-Thurs and 7-12 on a Fri Nights- 8pm - 7am Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs - 8pm - 6pm If you are interested in this vacancy please click to APPLY
