Job Role: HR advisor Salary: £30,000-£35,000 Location:Leicester Monday-Friday Are you looking to progress your current HR advisor skills? Are you looking for a career where you can really grow within an established company? My client based in Leicester are looking to add a HR advisor to their team on a full time basis. The successful candidate will be; Thinking on your feet is crucial. Case work experience as a HR advisor Disciplinary handling as a HR advisor Experience with Company handbooks and updating them. Tact, diplomacy, excellent oral and written skills are essential, as is a positive attitude. You must display integrity and professionalism at all times and be self-motivated as a HR advisor You must have the ability to take initiative, prioritise and plan effectively as you will often be working to tight deadlines as a HR advisor. Qualifications and Experience Required Experience of drafting and advising on HR processes, policies and procedures and up to date knowledge of Employment law and case law. Experience of working as a Hr advisor and to deadlines in a pressurised environment. Retail background is desirable but not neccessary Please note if you do not match the above criteria your application will not be considered.
