Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Commercial Offices - Liverpool Street - Up to £47,000 This exciting opportunity to work for a leading property management company situated in Liverpool Street. I am currently looking for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to look after a commercial office contract in the Liverpool Street area working within a team on site. The successful candidate will be electrically qualified and have an all-around understanding of most trades, as well as having a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. He or she will be required to attend a property and carry out all aspects of planned and reactive electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary paying up to £47,000, overtime, and a great package. Key Duties & Responsibilities Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) Emergency lighting tests Control Panels Changing Ballast BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold) Maintain and update Log books Plumbing - Unblocking toilets Pumps, motors Hours of work Monday to Friday - 07:00am to 16:00pm and 08:00am to 17:00pm Overtime Available NO CALL OUT Requirements (Essential) Electrically qualified City & Guilds - Level 2 & 3 A proven track record in commercial building or property maintenance Happy to cover a portfolio of high-end properties Excellent customer service skills Highly flexible and adaptable with hours, duties, and travel Full driving license (In case you are required to use the company pool car) Committed to/looking for a long-term role Electrical Installation experience (Minor works) Able to work to very high standards Basic knowledge of building regulations A thorough understanding of Health & Safety standards A professional approach with particular emphasis on maintaining confidentiality Strong time management, organisation and planning skills Oversee / Supervise specialist subcontractors Provide cover for colleagues in times of absence and on-call assistance
