Our exceptional Workday End User Client are currently seeking a Workday Business Analyst to join the business on an Outside IR35 Contract basis. Position: Workday Business Analyst Employment Type: Contract, Full Time, 6 Months initially Start Date: ASAP Location: London, Hybrid Working - 2/3 days a week on-site Salary: £500-600 Outside IR35 General Overview: Experience across Workday HCM & Payroll Platforms as a Workday Business analyst Someone who can build strong relationships with stakeholders and find out what are the project requirements. Experience across HCM modules, reporting & integrations This person needs to know the product journey - Strong Workday Experience is a must Need to be able to get to the root of a requirement, and remain the focal point between the business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the needs of the business are not only met, but are championed across the user base. Skills Required: Excellent knowledge of Workday including end to end Workday Product Lifecycle for HCM & integrated Payroll solutions 3+ years experience working as a Workday Business Analyst having worked across deployemnt & optimisation workday projects Organisation Skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Workday Training advantageous About Focus On WD: As a business we wholly and totally concentrate on recruitment for the Workday ecosystem, which means we know our area inside & out.
