Mon-Fri £10.85ph, Sat/Sun £12.48ph up to £13.56 post 40 hours, pay rates increasing to £11.39-£15.95 after 12 weeks probation then increasing to £12.37ph-£16.08ph after 6 months. Full time ongoing warehouse positions in Thatcham day shifts available 11:00 start time. As a Warehouse Operative you will be: Picking food products using a top voice pick system for a well-known supermarket Working in a chilled and ambient environment Breaking down and allocating goods Achieving targets and job standards set out by the shift manager Other duties which may include heavy lifting The ideal Warehouse Operative will have the following skills and experience: Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided Must have a good attention to detail Must have a positive attitude and be extremely reliable Ability to work under pressure, and to deadlines Punctual with excellent timekeeping and attendance If you would like to have a chat with us or for more information about working with us, please give the office a call on 07442508381.
