· Van Mobile Role covering 130 Buildings WITHIN a 1 mile radius ( the van stays on site ) · Must have a UK Drivers Licence as part of the role will be Picking up/dropping off engineers and parts etc in a site van. · Someone who has just finished or currently studying their NVQ in AC would be considered. THE COMPANY · I am currently representing a well-established building service company based in Kent. · Been operating for over 18 years · Employs 70 engineers within London & Home Counties THE ROLE · We are currently looking for 1 engineer to join the ppm team, maintenance of Air Conditioning Units so must have F GAS qualification. · It’s a static role on the unviersity Campus but we do cover 130 buildings, so you will have full access to a pool van on site to use to drop off materials to sites, parts and tools. · Maintenance role carrying out filter cleaning, maintenance of AHU and pumps only, you will have one to one training with a view of you joining the service team full time after a term served as an improver/runner. · Joining a team of circa 15 engineers on site PACKAGE · £23k - £30k (DOE) · Uniform · 20 days holidays plus 8 stat · Overtime available on site
