Part Time Customer Service Admin / Receptionist required for a 6 week contract within a supported accommodation service in Torquay, TQ1. Monday to Friday 9am - 1pm (20 hours) £13.48 per hour Start 25th July, 6 week contract 10 minutes’ walk from Torre train station or limited on site/on street parking available About the role Customer facing on the reception desk of a busy supported accommodation service. Greeting visitors and getting to know the residents of the building Providing efficient administration support Answering incoming phone calls The right candidate Hold a current Enhanced Adult/Children DBS Prior experience in a similar role - receptionist, admin, call centre Comfortable working in an environment with young people with complex needs. Good IT (Microsoft Office) skills and basic understanding of spreadsheets and databases. Experience of maintaining accurate records and record relevant information.
