We’re a FTSE 100 organisation that is tackling key issues such as transitioning our portfolio to net zero by 2050, and we’re not done yet.The role This role will include responsibilities for policyholder asset oversight and monitoring market risk against appetites, providing support across the Asset Management Risk team to ensure effective and efficient management of investment risks. You will deputise at meetings as requested and provide oversight, coaching, mentoring and support to more junior members of the team.Key Responsibilities Promote effective challenge and informed decision-making on proposals from asset management, Finance and Proposition. In line with agreed objectives, support oversight of Policyholder Assets and Market risks. Provide oversight of management of policyholder assets including areas such as Fund changes including implementation of Strategic Asset Allocations, performance oversight and investment strategy. Oversee the unit pricing processes and management of the box Work alongside the 1st Line providing challenge and input into new product designs to ensure the interests of all stakeholders are being considered Prepare written Line 2 opinions on policyholder asset investment proposals for the Board Investment Committee Provide insight and challenge to change programs impacting Policyholder Funds. What are we looking for?
