Job Title : HR Manager Location: Wrexham Employment Type : Permanent Hours : Full Time Salary : £40,000 - £45,000 per annum Benefits: Non-contributory pension, health benefit scheme, employee assistance program Job Description: Our client, a market leading company in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business goals. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. • Develop HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organisation. • Support and present departmental Key Performance Indicators. • Manage the recruitment and selection process, coordinating through recruitment agencies. • Drive and develop an Apprenticeship program. • Oversee payroll, ensuring legislative compliance. • Conduct annual pay reviews, including benchmarking and proposing to the Senior Management team. • Foster a positive working environment. • Manage a digital performance appraisal system to drive high performance. • Assess training needs, apply, and monitor training programs. • Manage CSR activities to support the local community. Requirements: • Proven experience as an HR Manager. • CIPD qualified, ideally at Level 7 or above. • Background in manufacturing is essential. • People-oriented and results-driven. • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems. • Self-directed with a strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
