Static Air Conditioning Engineer - FM Service Provider - Goodge Street, London - Up to £47,000 per annum Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM service provider situated in Goodge Street, London . I am currently recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to be based in a static role in Goodge Street, London based on a brand new Corporate office on a single person site. The successful candidate will be a full qualified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer with C&G / NVQ / F-Gas. Although this is a static position, he or she will be required to carry out all aspects of service and breakdown on split systems, VRV's, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant across this large site as well as all general building maintenance tasks including emergency lighting, plumbing and water treatment. In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £47,000, overtime and career progression.
