Senior Art Director - Brand Experience Agency - London/Hybrid Are you a Senior Art Director with a passion for creating unforgettable brand experiences? DNA Recruit has partnered with an award-winning Brand Experience agency with a mission to craft powerful brand experiences that define brand relevance. Role Overview: They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Art Director with over 5 years of experience in the experiential agency field. This role requires someone who can take projects from concept to completion, showcasing expertise in conceptual thinking and visual storytelling within experiential marketing. You will confidently direct across multiple channels, including film content and launch events, and work collaboratively with 2D/3D designers and motion graphics artists. Key Responsibilities: Exhibit exceptional creative thinking, pushing boundaries beyond the expected. Demonstrate a strong understanding and passion for brand experiences. Showcase a portfolio that highlights excellent conceptual thinking and original ideas. Lead and direct designers to accurately realize your vision. Present work in an articulate, confident, and assertive manner. Stay informed about trends and consumer behaviors. Skills and Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years in an integrated or experiential agency Demonstrated expertise in conceptual thinking and visual storytelling within experiential marketing Skills: Exceptional ability to think creatively and push beyond the expected Strong understanding and passion for brand experiences Ability to lead and direct designers to bring your vision to life Confident and assertive in presenting work Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop Competence in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Desired but not required: Experience with animation/motion graphics, particularly Final Cut Pro Ability to scamp and sketch Capability to carry ideas from concept through to execution Good understanding of trends and consumer behaviors Must be based in the UK Salary: up to £65k Job Reference: AW 11474 All applications are viewed and evaluated according to the role requirements.
