Are you an established Key Account Manager that has experienced in 3PL and warehousing solutions? With a focus on consumer products the company houses some major brands. The company actively promotes within, gives clear and defined goals and helps employees fulfil their true potential? If so, we have the pleasure of recruiting for a leading Ecommerce warehousing and distribution business . The company houses some major brands in the tech, healthcare and in the pharma industry and are a genuine leader in their field. With an established story to tell the company is growing at a rapid rate and this newly created role is all about client engagement , whilst understanding logistics and supply chain operations. You will have the opportunity to be responsible for the delivery and development of new service solutions for existing clients and new business wins. You will have proven experience in providing consistently excellent customer service to clients, as well as clearly communicate client requirements and goals within the business to obtain support, resources and to ensure the quality-of-service delivery. Your key duties will encompass: Project Management - managing large scale new business introductions or significant client projects. Performance & Service Quality - SLA adherence, KPI variance and Satisfaction Surveys Change Control - Managing changes in scope through the critical pilot phase and ongoing as the solution evolves Continuous Improvement - Identifying and presenting initiatives to improve the customer experience and or reduce costs. The Key Account Manager will have the ability and experience to extract meaningful data and preparing professional, business-focussed reports on the findings for senior management, have experience of project management and implementation of physical distribution operations, can analyse results, identify and explain any variance from targets and attend client meetings nationally and internationally as required. Key attributes: Attention to detail and a methodical approach Ability to work on own initiative and manage time effectively, including meeting deadlines/achieving targets Excellent 'people skills', for working with a range of colleagues and clients; Strong listening and questioning skills Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities Promptly respond to queries, ensure promises are kept and expectations are managed Problem solving skills with critically thinking This is a fantastic role for an experienced Key Account Manager that wants to join a forward thinking, innovative business that will genuinely give you the platform in your successful career.
