Pertemps are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our clients successful team based in Tamworth. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This position requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage reception day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, directing calls, and welcoming visitors. Open post and distribute accordingly. Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering items as needed. Raising invoices and monitoring accounts. Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients. Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and conducive to productivity. Qualifications: Knowledge of Sage would be an advantage but not essential. Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or relevant role. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, in particular). Excellent time management skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. In return: Working Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm Salary £22,000 - £23,000 DOE.
