Commercial Maintenance Plumber - Leeds - Salary up to £34,000 DOE CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Commercial Plumber to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a large commercial site based in Leeds, however, occasional travel to different sites may be required. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance. Due to the nature of the role, there will be a requirement to work weekends, evenings and public holidays. Key Responsibilities: Carry out maintenance on hot and cold-water service and sanitary systems. Undertake planned maintenance Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems including Gas Boilers. Maintenance repairs and testing of Fire Fighting Equipment – Sprinkler Systems. Undertake planned and reactive maintenance on circulation pumps sets, motorised valves and pressurisation units. An ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends. Recording of maintenance and repair activities on Computer Aided Facilities System (CAFM). Person Specification: Minimum of NVQ Level 3 Plumbing. City and Guilds Water Regulations & Unvented Hot Water Systems (3345). COCN1 Core Commercial Heating. 5 Years post qualification experience of undertaking Mechanical Maintenance in Commercial / Industrial sector. Full UK Driving Licence.
