We improve the quality of life and shape the future of construction.About the RoleAs a Compliance Officer you will be reporting to the Compliance Manager for our Roof and Facades product lines.This is a varied role where you will be ensuring our business operations, practices and products are in full compliance with manufacturer specifications, industry standards, and emerging best practice, particularly the Code for Construction Product InformationYou will be supporting and leading on a range of activities including process adherence, training, monitoring, and auditing. You will also be responsible for coordinating and leading industry verifications and re-assessments.This will involve a range of duties which includeDeveloping compliance checklists and protocolsSupporting our Quality Assurance at our factories to make sure our roofing and facades products meet regulatory guidelinesSupporting our customers and commercial teams on best practice for the installation, maintenance, and disposal of our productsEnsuring our stakeholders have full transparency of verified product performance and regulatory requirementThe role will involve regular travel across the UK & Ireland region, therefore a company car or car allowance is provided.Hours of Work: to , Monday to FridayAbout YouYou will be an experienced compliance professional who has supported business in the interpretation and application of regulatory guidelines and frameworks.Experience in a manufacturing setting would be advantageous, or at least, exposure to applying regulatory rules to products rather than services.The position requires excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.You will have confidence working with internal and external stakeholders, creating and managing compliance checklists, and presenting information to suit various audiences.You will also have:Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong organisational and planning skillsFull UK Driving Licence and flexibility for regular travelA passion for continuous learning and a commitment to staying up-to-date with regulatory changesDesirableExperience with identifying training needs/competency gapsExperience with construction products in a sales/technical role.Previous experience within a third-party verification role.About our BenefitsAnnual salary up to £38,000 (depending on experience)Company car/allowanceAnnual bonus potential of up to 6%Professional growth, training and opportunities to hone your skills and knowledgeAbility to purchase additional holidaysCompany PensionSIP – ability to become a shareholder via our Share SchemeLife AssuranceFlexible benefits offering (including health, wellbeing and money saving opportunities)So what are you waiting for?
