Role : Customer Service Advisor Pay : £11.44 per hour Hours : 36.25 hours per week (5 days out of 7, including every second weekend on a rota basis) Start Date : ASAP Contract Length : 8 weeks initially, with a possible extension Location : Office-based, Lasswade, Midlothian, EH18 1AZ Duties : Engage customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible solutions. Deliver best-in-class service to our customers through great interactions and effective delivery. Use initiative and quick thinking to solve issues. Proactively identify any possible improvements to team processes. Meet internal service level KPIs. Support team members and store teams as required. Essential Skills/Qualifications: High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong team player, working considerately with others. Customer obsessed. Calm, focused, and able to work under pressure. Passionate about delivering the right experience for our customers. First-class written, editing, and communication skills.
