Job title: Logistics Coordinator Salary: £30,000 per annum Location: Studley (must drive due to location) Working hours: 8am to 5pm – Monday to Friday My client has an exciting opportunity for a logistics coordinator to join their busy team. The suitable candidate will have experience within logistics planning and scheduling, be PC literate and have excellent communication skills. There is a competitive salary on offer and access to a benefits portal with discounts and rewards! Key duties and responsibilities: Ensure the smooth planning and delivery of products to the client. Liaise with internal departments, companies and clients to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of the process. Prepare loading plans whilst complying to health and safety regulations. Schedule delivery times and ensure these times are adhered to. Keep up to date on time statistics, update the system and communicate with relevant departments throughout. Participate in stock take duties when required. Deliver excellent customer service and overall customer satisfaction. Skills and Experience Required: At least 2 years’ experience within logistics planning and scheduling. Proficient on Microsoft and CRM systems. Excellent customer service both written and verbal. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks. Drivers License required.
