Pharmacist (Bristol)

About the Role: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and recently qualified Clinical Pharmacists to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for entry-level pharmacists who have some previous experience as a Band 6 hospital pharmacist in the UK. The successful candidates will be expected to work both in the dispensary and on the wards, clinically checking in-patient items and TTAs (To Take Away prescriptions). Key Responsibilities: Conducting pharmacist clinical screening of inpatient charts. Reviewing and dispensing discharge prescriptions. Ensuring the supply of inpatient and discharge medication. Providing clinical support in general medicine, general surgery, and care of the elderly. Experience and Skills: Previous UK hospital experience as a Band 6 pharmacist is essential. Familiarity with general medicine, general surgery, and care of the elderly. Excellent clinical screening skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
