Job Advertisement: Customer Support Coordinator Location: Banbury, UK Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Salary: Up to £26,000 DOE Job Description As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Key Account Manager to help grow sales in the UK market. You will maximise sales opportunities through detailed analysis and order fulfilment, working closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations. Your ability to identify and leverage opportunities with new and existing customers will be key to driving our sales success. Key Responsibilities Support the Key Account Manager in achieving sales targets. Maximise sales opportunities through data analysis and order fulfilment. Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient processes and customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities with new and existing customers to maximise sales. Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on sales activities. Requirements A 'can do' attitude and willingness to learn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, forecasting, and data manipulation. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
