Job Introduction Service Delivery ManagerAs a Service Delivery Manager at Sodexo you will play a pivotal role in the success of our business, creating a customer-focused environment and ensuring a high level of proactive customer service.You'll form part of our fantastic Service team, who work across all segments of the Sodexo business and directly with a number of our clients, which means you'll benefit from exposure to the public sector, corporate, education and healthcare industries. You'll manage a variety of suppliers and third-parties who help us to deliver the top-class service our clients expect, and will have the autonomy and responsibility to do this in your own way.
