Job Introduction Service Delivery ManagerAs a Service Delivery Manager at Sodexo you will play a pivotal role in the success of our business, creating a customer-focused environment and ensuring a high level of proactive customer service.You'll form part of our fantastic Service team, who work across all segments of the Sodexo business and directly with a number of our clients, which means you'll benefit from exposure to the public sector, corporate, education and healthcare industries. You'll manage a variety of suppliers and third-parties who help us to deliver the top-class service our clients expect, and will have the autonomy and responsibility to do this in your own way. Your role will encompass managing service review meetings, working on feedback loops, ensuring compliance and generally making sure that we deliver effective, efficient, value-led servicesWhat you'll do:own the service delivery to support Sodexo customers and colleagues across multiple clients and industriesbuild strong relationships with all levels of stakeholder to ensure we meet of exceed the agreed service levels, resulting in highly satisfied customersact as a trusted technical contact, providing advice on potential solutions to issues or problemsmanage third-party suppliers and drive service improvements and quality for our customersWhat you'll bring:proven Service Delivery Manager experienceITIL certification and expertiseexposure to Agile methodologies in projectsexperience of implementing new IT standards and frameworksprevious experience working in a Managed Services industryexcellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a strong customer focusWhat we offer:Base Salary + Bonus + Excellent Flexible BenefitsWorking with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater. You’ll belong in a company and team that values you for you; you’ll act with purpose and have an impact through your everyday actions; and you’ll be able to thrive in your own way.
