Content Operations Manager Location: UK Remote Length: 12 Months Rate: £27.40 p/h PAYE (Approx. £56.9K Per annum) Hours: 9am-6pm This client is a top 5 tech giant and owner of some of the world's most popular social media platforms and instant messaging apps, connecting billions of people across the globe. Job description: We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated contingent worker to join our Music Publishing Operations team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our music publishing processes and supporting our partners. Key Responsibilities: Usage Report Verification: Assist in checking the delivery and accuracy of usage reports to our publishing partners. Claim Management: Verify inbound claims from partners and assist in the ingestion process. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help set out standardised responses to partner inquiries. Frontline Support: Serve as the initial point of contact for partner inbound communications. Issue Triaging: Help triage issues reported by partners and work closely with engineering teams to resolve them promptly. Partner Support: Address and support inbound queries from partners, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Claims Follow-Up: Assist in following up with partners regarding outstanding claims. SFTP Checks and Delivery: Support partners with SFTP checks, ensuring claims are correctly ingested and delivered. Meeting Coordination: Organise weekly meetings to review any open questions and responses from our partners. Progress Updates: Keep cross-functional teams updated on the progress of tasks and issues. Requirements: Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks. Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the music publishing industry and its operational dynamics. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with partners and internal teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a similar role within the music publishing industry. Familiarity with data management and reporting tools. Experience with DDEX reporting and data exchange choreographies Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
