You will oversee the daily operations of our customer service team, ensuring excellent service standards and drive customer satisfaction. Customer Service Lead will act as a liaison between the customer service team and other departments and will be responsible for training and developing team members.You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way! What you’ll do: Provide a 5* customer service experience to building users at our new science-lead building.Provide meeting room technology support by assisting with connection and trouble shootingSupport customers with meeting room familiarisation and pre-meeting set upTriage meeting room faults to a dedicated AV team or service partnersEnsure all meeting rooms are fully operational and appropriately laid out for meetings through the daySupport live chat when required to answer virtual customer queries in an effective and efficient mannerMonitor and service the vending and stationery hubs and top up consumablesDeliver hospitality in our street van style pop upsProvide building induction support to building users as part of their starter onboard processFull working knowledge of the building including all services and day to day office equipmentHost third party suppliers onsite when necessaryReport any faults or issues to the service desksCorporate reception duties (with SIA training provided)Conduct regular floor walks to ensure high level of service delivery and safe working practiceMonitor the floor plates regularlyAct collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and service orientationSeek to continuously improve processes, systems and overall customer satisfactionWhat you bring: Previous experience within a similar role would be beneficialA keen eye for detail – nothing goes unnoticed Excellent communication skills: ability to connect and work with a young and demanding set of employees Energetic and capable of taking initiative and decisions when needed What we offer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
