Due to continued success and company growth, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer from a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background ideally within the print, packaging, pharmaceutical, or food industry. This is a home-based role with extensive UK travel staying away potentially 4 nights a week all paid for by the company. This is a hands on technical support role so we need someone with first class mechanical knowledge who will be able to ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional customer services and first- time fix interventions. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns promptly. Team Work: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals. Personal Effectiveness: Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills. Health & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines. Service, Maintenance, and Repairs: Conduct service, maintenance, and repair work on mechanical and electrical systems. Technical Competence: Apply technical knowledge and expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering. Flexibility: Adapt to varying work schedules and travel requirements. Administration: Complete necessary administrative tasks accurately and on time.
