SALARY: Opportunity to earn in excess of £60,000 (Includes base, OTE, and OT)ZERO On Calls25 days holiday, plus bank holidaysCompany Vehicle – option for private useStable, long-term role with a leading F&S businessEmployee Referral Scheme (£1000)Company Pension SchemeLife Assurance (4 x Basic Salary)Employee Scholarship SchemeA Central Benefits Platform offering a wide variety discountsChildcare VouchersHealth & Wellbeing Resources Bravo Awards: Recognising outstanding contributions from all employees and encourage excellenceWhat You’ll be Doing as a Small Works Fire EngineerAs a Small Works Fire Engineer, you will work closely with the service Operations Manager and wider branch network to complete 4–8-hour work orders and generate extra revenue into the business.Partner with recommendation team and engineers to drive opportunities.Work with the commercial seller and Key Account Managers (KAM’s) for leads not suitable for install.Responsible for the quotes for all small works that come via the recommendation team, commercials, KAM’s or other outlets such as the enquiries via the office admin.Provide excellent customer care (from understanding needs to keeping contact with ETA’s, timescales, etc.) Manage each order (including stock orders) throughout the process of quotation and right through to the signing off the works.Follow up on recommendations and quotes, ensuring the customer understands the reasoning and positive impact our upgrades will have.Look for upsell opportunities, if we are upgrading signalling then is there potential for a panel upgrade?WORKING HOURS: Hours per weekWhat We Would Like You to BringExperienced Fire Engineer with a deep knowledge of Fire Alarm SystemsAbility to lift and climb ladders – it would be an advantage if you had an IPAF 3a & b cherry picker licenseAlways deliver excellent Customer Service
