Machine Operators Wanted Now! Job Description: As a Machine Operator at Taylors Snacks, you will be an integral part of our production team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of popcorn production machinery. Your primary responsibility will be to operate, monitor, and maintain our state-of-the-art machines to produce popcorn that meets our high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor popcorn production machines to ensure optimal performance. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to prevent downtime. Ensure that all products meet quality standards by conducting regular inspections. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area. Record production data and report any issues to the production supervisor. Assist in the setup and changeover of production lines for different product runs. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve processes. Qualifications: Previous experience as a machine operator in a food production environment preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production setting. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic computer skills for data entry and machine operation.
