You’ll belong in a company and team that values you for you, you’ll act with purpose and have an impact through your everyday actions.Experience and knowledge requirement for this role: Must have GCSE in Maths and English.The ability to work as part of a team. Previous experience of delivering functional skills in the classroom is essential. Must have the ability to always communicate effectively through different mediums, including spoken and written communication.To be considered for the role you must have a working knowledge of IT, including Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams.Enthusiasm for the subject area is essential.You’ll be working alongside Teachers/Colleagues to ensure that the learner journey is effectively mapped out and sequenced in the prison.You will be completing effective assessments on all prisoners within the Induction process.You will provide information on learner progress to stakeholders / staff as required.   Ensure that learner records are accurate and maintained in line with data protection and TMC policies and ensuring the safeguarding of learners.What we offerWorking with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
