This really is a rare opportunity so if you are looking for a company who have a healthy pipeline of interesting projects, focus on local works with local suppliers and employees being at the core of their success, wishing to kick start your estimating career or currently estimating and wishing to push to the next level, please do get in touch.  Responsibilities: Supporting with client, consultants, quantity surveyors, and other third parties Support potential tenders with commercial team Administrate correspondence and tender documentation throughout the supply chain Sending out tender enquiries to the supply chain, Negotiating and adjudicating quotes Obtain pricing in a timely manner to meet with submission deadlines Support with various stages of all successful bids to ensure costs are kept in line with the forecast  Requirements: Estimating in construction desirable Construction experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal English Highly numerate, uses initiative and solves problems independently Driving licence is required, DBS may be conducted Computer literacy skills and the ability to adapt to using company customer relationship management systems If you would like to discuss, please do call RGB Recruitment Exeter and ask for Nicky Harris.
