We’re so much more.Be part of something greater   Role Responsibility Manage the creation and distribution of the rotas to the team, via the time and attendance system.Support HR paperwork to make sure we are compliant including RTW documentationTo take notes at Food forums, disciplinary, grievance and investigation meetings as requestedBuild and create chef packs with food specification sheetsManage Office supplies, stock levels and orders.Support H&S processes and completion of key paperworkTo complete filing, shredding and photocopying in a timely mannerTo complete all Administration in compliance with Environment, Health and Safety and Food The Ideal Candidate EssentialBe self-motivatedBe a team worker with a flexible approachAbility to work well under pressureHave excellent IT skillsPossess good communication skills, both verbally and writtenHave excellent understanding of customer careDesirableHave excellent note taking skillsPrevious catering experience Package Description Working hours - 40 hours per week5 days from 7 working week.
