Job Introduction IT Project Support OfficerWould you thrive in a role working across a diverse range of projects across the multiple industries Sodexo covers? As an IT Project Support Officer at Sodexo, you'll support our thriving IT Programme Office working on a variety of projects across all areas of technology, including new system implementations, enhancements to our ERP and platform tools, and developing cutting-edge technology-enabled services. You will collaborate closely with our Project and Portfolio Managers to support them with governance and reporting activities, as well as be a catalyst introducing new ways of working to continually improve our service. You'll also work with a wonderful PMO team that will help & nurture you, yet offer the freedom to work independently.What you’ll do:Undertake various project governance and reporting activities to facilitate the successful delivery of multiple IT projectsAdvise Project & Portfolio Managers on appropriate methodologies and practices, adhering to Sodexo policies and procedures as well as industry best practicesParticipate in project meetings to ensure a standardised approach to governance and organisation, as well as maintain documentation to support thisSupport the Project & Programme Management function in relation to IT risks, issues and resource management What you bring:Proven experience in a PMO or PSO role where you have been responsible for governance across a range of complex projectsStrong knowledge of Prince2 Project Management methodologies through the full project lifecycle, ideally with experience working on IT projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with and influence stakeholders and colleagues at all seniority levelsFirst-rate organisational skills with an ability to work to deadlinesWhat we offer: Base Salary + 10% Bonus + Excellent Benefits PackageWorking with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
