Site Manager Near Chelmsford A dynamic and forward-thinking Construction management firm who provide bespoke services across various industry sectors, is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Site Manager to provide cover on a new build scheme in the heart of Essex. The project is a Timber framed (SIPS) & Brick clad single storey building with a significant plant & landscaping package. We are seeking a driven Site Manager to provide covering support to the site team who have leave booked throughout September – you’ll need to be hot on the H & S side of things, able to organise the workforce and operations on site and ensuring delivery is to prescribed timescales and quality expectations. You should have a solid main contracting background with experience of delivering schemes to the £5m mark. It is essential you'll have an excellent grasp of site Health & Safety and as a minimum we'd expect you to have a CSCS Card, SMSTS and a First aid at work with Temporary works advantageous.
