You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.What you’ll do:  Ensure all food is prepared and served in line with SLA.Organise staff schedules according to business levels.Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the area of responsibility.Recruit, train, and develop staff according to statutory requirements and company policy, ensuring training needs are met and performance reviews align with company objectives.Comply with all statutory regulations and adhere to client and company policies.Ensure stocktaking, rotation, and secure storage of supplies, following company policy for storing and disposing of all items.​What you bring: Previous experience in a similar roleA strong team leader with a can-do attitude.Excellent communication skills and customer focusComputer literateGood financial awarenessCity & Guilds 706/ 1 & 2 or equivalentLevel 3 Hygiene CertificateWhat we offer:  Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
